Are these physical products?
No. All THT Original products are digital downloads. No physical item will be shipped to you. After your purchase is complete, you will receive access to your digital files.
How do I receive my files?
After completing your purchase, your digital files are delivered automatically through Shopify's Digital Downloads system. You will receive an email containing a download link. You can also access your files at any time through the download link provided in your order confirmation. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email in your inbox.
Can I print my purchase more than once?
Yes. For personal-use products, you may print your files multiple times for your own personal use. Please refer to the applicable product license for the full terms that apply to your purchase.
Can I share the digital files with someone else?
No. Digital files purchased from THT Original are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, forwarded, or uploaded in any form for others to access. Please see our Digital Product License for full details.
Can I use a product in my classroom or school?
A standard personal-use purchase does not automatically include classroom, school, or institutional usage rights. If you require a license for classroom or institutional use, please contact us — a separate appropriate license may be available.
Can I resell the files?
No. THT Original digital files may not be resold, redistributed, or used to create competing products. Purchasing a product grants you a personal-use license only, not ownership of the underlying designs or intellectual property.
Do you offer refunds?
Because our products provide instant access to downloadable digital content, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once digital access or download has begun. Exceptions may apply where required by applicable law or where THT Original determines there is a qualifying order problem. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.
What happens if my file doesn't work?
If you experience any issue with your files — such as a missing, incorrect, corrupted, or inaccessible file — please contact THT Original as soon as possible. We are committed to making sure you receive exactly what you purchased and will work to resolve the problem promptly.
Where can I find the sizes and file formats?
Specifications such as file sizes, page counts, dimensions, and included formats vary between products. Please check the individual product description page before purchasing for the exact details of what is included with that product.
Can I print the files professionally?
Yes, where this is consistent with your permitted personal use. You may use a professional printing service to print your files for your own use. Please check the printing service's own file requirements (such as resolution, bleed, or colour profile specifications) before submitting your files, as THT Original cannot guarantee compatibility with every printing service.
