Because of the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

Refunds are generally not offered for digital downloads, as the files are delivered instantly after purchase.
However, we may issue a refund in the following cases:
- duplicate purchases
- corrupted or unusable files
- incorrect product delivered
